Street offers tokenized notes ("Street Stocks") that track the economic performance of referenced assets, including U.S.-listed equities. Street Stocks are issued by Street Markets (BVI) Ltd and are redeemable in USDC.

The issuer hedges its obligations on Street Stocks, including through regulated brokers and partner tokenized-asset issuers, and publishes independently attested coverage. Every in-app price is quoted by the issuer, and the issuer redeems Street Stocks directly, from its own assets.

References to "stocks" or "shares" on Street mean Street Stocks. Street Stocks do not give you ownership of, or shareholder rights in, the referenced securities.

Street Stocks have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. They are offered only outside the United States to non-U.S. persons in reliance on Regulation S, and may not be transferred to U.S. persons.

Street does not direct its services at any particular country.
